With a one-off registration, the interpreting service is available on the phone for immediate use. When you call our service number, we will connect you directly with the interpreters of the languages of your choice. Connection duration and billing data are available for viewing online.

There are no ongoing costs with the "Quick and easy - tariff". The following service costs are incurred for use:

Conversation unit (CU) á 15 minutes within standard service hours, Monday - Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 35,70 €

Conversation unit (CU) of 15 minutes during off-peak hours, daily from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and on Sundays 53,55 €

All information includes the statutory sales tax. A Conversation unit (CU) refers to the started call duration of max. 15 minutes for billing.
